I dont understand why I haven't been promoted yet.  If anyone can look me up and let me know I would appreciate it.

Your next promotion is at 50.000 point (Sergeant Major).
You'll not become a First Sergeant, because you did not had all basic combat badges+knife+pistol, when you reached 20.000 points.
There is no way to get the First Sergeant rank for you.
